The snake arrived double boxed, and in perfect shape. I was confused that there was an extra wire that had no end on it.  I wondered if the snake was properly wired, so I sent an e-mail, and voice mail.  Both inquiries were answered promptly and explained that the way the snake was designed, it had an extra wire, an insurance wire, in case something happened so I could fix the snake without losing time returning it.  What a good idea!  I told them that they should advertise this as a selling point, and to reduce confusion.  These guys are really looking out for those of us on a budget!  Great ideas, great products, and great service.  Buy from them and you won't regret it!
