Dear Friends and Customers,

Thanks to all of you, this holiday season has been one of our best ever, exceeding all our sales expectations. I want you all to know that the Seismic Audio team has been working hard and longer hours to try and get each order out the door as fast as we can.

Typically, any order received before 3:00PM CST will be shipped that day. Even with the volume increase, we have still managed to honor the turnaround period of shipping all orders within 24 hours of receipt. (excluding Sunday) I have personally made sure that our warehouse team move as fast as possible without sacrificing the quality that you expect from Seismic Audio.

For anyone ordering Seismic product for the holidays, we will give your order the highest priority and get it shipped ASAP. We thank you for your understanding.

If you are experiencing a delay in your order, please know we are working hard to manage the high volume, but we are confident we have shipped all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

As for our current Last Minute Sale, it will run through December 18 and we will do our best to get all orders out that day to arrive by Christmas. As you know, we cannot control delays by the shipping providers once your shipment leaves our facility, but we are committed to getting it in their hands by end of day on the 18th for delivery before Christmas. Seismic Audio is and will always be dedicated to our customers and take pride in our customer satisfaction.
